指定裝備
賽事進行期間，各越野跑賽手必須全時間攜帶下列指定裝備。為各賽手的安全起見，賽事當天大會將不定時抽查裝備，如賽手未能提供，大會有權要求該賽手不可繼續賽事直至補回該指定裝備。

All participants that you must bring the following mandatory equipment. If you cannot present them on race day, the organizers have the right to require the participant to stop the race until the specified equipment is provided.

• 賽事號碼布 Race bib
•  可放不少於1L的水樽 Water bottle with no less than 1 Litre
• 哨子 Whistle
• 容器 / 軟水杯 Containers / Cup
• 頭燈(50公里參加者必需) Headlamp (Mandatory for 50km racers)

建議完賽後自備 Suggested to bring your own after finishing the race to enjoy the food
