指定裝備
賽事進行期間，各50公里越野跑及28公里越野跑賽手必須全時間攜帶下列指定裝備。為各賽手的安全起見，賽事當天大會將不定時抽查裝備，如賽手未能提供，大會有權要求該賽手不可繼續賽事直至補回該指定裝備。

• 賽事號碼布 (比賽時賽事號碼布必須掛在前方正面的明顯位置）

• 可放不少於500ml的水樽

• 哨子

• 餐具及容器 (*包括杯或水瓶，以補充飲用水之用，檢查站/水站不會提供任何容器)

• 頭燈(50公里參加者必需)

Mandatory equipment
During the event, racers must carry the following mandatory equipment at all times. For the safety of each racer, the organiser will randomly check on the race day. If a racer fails to provide it, the organiser has the right to require the racer not to continue the race .

• Race bib (*The race bib must be hung in the front during the race)

• Water bottle with no less than 500ml

• Whistle

• Cutlery and containers (*includes cups or water bottles for drinking water, no containers will be provided at checkpoints/water stations)

•Headlamp (Mandatory for 50km racers)
