賽事規則 RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. 參加者必須於活動日期或以前年滿18歲,除非某些距離特別允許18歲以下可以參加, 該參加者需得到家長同意。詳情請參閱相關報名網站。
Participants must be at least 18 years old on the race day, save and except for certain distances which specifically allow participants aged 10 or above to enter if parental consent is obtained for those under 18. Please see the details on the registration page for the specific race.
2. 於賽事期間,參加者不能使用任何機械、滑輪等輔助裝置,不能借助任何外力(包括途人、支援隊或其他參加者)前進。
During the race, participants are not allowed to use any machinery, pulleys and other auxiliary devices, and cannot rely on any external force (including passers-by, support teams or other participants) to move forward.
3. 比賽期間參加者須掛上號碼布於身前當眼處,並將號碼布正面對外清晰展示其參賽編號。
During the race, participants must display their number bibs in front of them, and clearly display their numbers on the front of the number bibs.
4. 參加者須依大會的正式路線作賽,嚴禁走捷徑。
Participants must follow the official route of the race, and shortcuts are strictly prohibited.
5. 參賽者須遵守郊野守則,不得隨地拋棄垃圾及留下火種。
Competitors must follow by the country rules and are not allowed to throw rubbish and leave fire anywhere.
6. 參賽者須遵守交通規則及使用行人過路設施。
Participants must follow the traffic rules and use pedestrian crossing facilities.
7. 參賽者須於賽事當日或之前填寫健康及免責聲明;如發現參賽者有任何不適或發燒徵狀,大會有權要求參賽者退出賽事。
Participants must fill out a health and liability statement on or before the race day; if any symptoms of discomfort or fever are found, the Organiser reserves the right to ask the participant to withdraw from the race.
8. 基於參賽者及義工之安全或公眾健康,大會有權在比賽開始前或比賽期間取消比賽﹝如:遇惡劣天氣或不可抗力因素﹞,而不會延期舉行。
Due to the safety of participants and volunteers or public health, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race (such as in case of bad weather or other force majeure event) before the start of the race or during the race, without postponement.
9. 參賽者必須同意免責聲明、個人信息收集聲明和隱私政策聲明。詳情請參閱本網站或登記頁面上之相關聲明。
Participants must agree to the Disclaimer, Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy Statement. For details, please refer to the relevant statement on this website or the registration page.
10.由 Run Da Events Ltd 舉辦之任何活動或賽事,概不設延期或退款。惟參加者可於報名時選購由 Protect Group 提供之可選取消保障(Optional Cancellation Insurance)。有關 Refund Protect 詳情,請參閱相關資料。
No deferrals or refunds of any events or races organised by Run Da Events Ltd, save that Optional cancellation insurance offered by the Protect Group is available during registration. See RefundProtect for information about Refund Protect.
11. 如於比賽時發現任何參賽者違反賽事規則,大會建議參賽者盡快通報,向大會作書面報告,並提供照片等以資佐證。
If any participants are found to have violated the competition rules during the event, the Organiser recommends that the witnesses report to the staffs as soon as possible, make a written report to the Organiser, and provide photos as evidence.
12. 參加者須同意讓大會使用賽事期間之任何形式的記錄 (包括相片、錄像) 作為推廣用途。
Participants must agree to allow the Organiser to use any form of records (including photos, videos) during the race for promotional purposes.
13. 參加者若決定退賽,請立刻通知大會工作人員及遵從指示,並保留號碼布取回寄存行李。
If a participant decides to withdraw during the race, please notify the Organiser immediately and follow the instructions, and keep the number bib to retrieve the luggage.
14. 如有參加者違反本活動任何規則,主辦單位有權對該參加者添加科罰時間或取消該參加者資格。
If a participant violates any rules of this event, the Organiser has the right to impose penalty time on the participant or disqualify the participant.
15. 如有任何爭議或投訴,必須在參加者完成比賽後15分鐘內通知大會,並提供相關証據。大會的決定為最終裁決,不設上訴。
In case of any dispute or complaint, the Organiser must be notified within 15 minutes after the participant finishes the race and provide relevant evidence. The decision from the Organiser is final and there are no appeals.
16. 大會已購置公眾責任保險,但並不包括參加者及其支援人員的個人意外保險。建議參加者及其支援人員自行按需要購買個人意外保險。參加者若擅自離開賽道,大會不會負上任何責任。
The Organiser has purchased public liability insurance, but does not include personal accident insurance for participants and their support team. Participants and their support team are suggested to take responsibility for their own personal accident insurance according to their needs. If the participants leave the official route without authorization, the Organiser will not bear any responsibility.
17. 大會保留權利因應道路實際情況或緊急情況下,於賽事前或進行中更改任何賽道,而無須作另行通知。如緊急車輛必須於比賽進行期間使用部份賽道以盡快處理緊急情況,大會可能會因此暫停賽事。在任何緊急情況下,參加者必須聽從現場工作人員或執法人員的指示。
The Organiser reserves the right to change any route before or during the race due to actual road conditions or emergencies without prior notice. If emergency vehicles have to use part of the route during the race to deal with the emergency as soon as possible, the Organiser may suspend the race accordingly. In any emergency, participants must follow the instructions of the on-site staff or enforcement officials.
18. 如天文台於比賽日起跑前15分鐘仍懸掛黃色、紅色暴雨警告或一號、三號熱帶氣警告信號、或任何其它惡劣天氣之警告信號仍懸掛,大會將按實時天氣情況,再決定會否如期或延後舉行。
If the Hong Kong Observatory still hoists the Yellow Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or any other severe weather warning signals 15 minutes before the start time on the race day, the Organiser will assess the real-time weather conditions and decide whether to proceed as scheduled or postpone the event.
19. 若香港天文台於比賽當天出發前2小時仍懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號、8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號,或任何其他惡劣天氣警告信號,比賽將會取消。賽事將於Facebook和Instagram發佈公告。
If the Hong Kong Observatory still hoists the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or any other severe weather warning signals 2-hours before the start of the race, the race will be canceled. Announcements will be made on Facebook and Instagram.
20.任何升級、降級及/或名額轉讓申請,必須於取消和轉換政策訂明之日期前以電郵通知 Run Da Events Ltd 以及 Race Timing Solutions Ltd 並繳付相關行政費。
Any upgrade, downgrade, and/or transfer shall be notified to Run Da Events Ltd and Race Timing Solutions Ltd via email no later than the date stated in the Cancellation & Changes Policy, subject to payment of an administration fee.
21. 參加者需以自身力量完成賽事,比賽不準陪跑,隊制賽則不受此條款規限 (如適用)。如有任何爭議,大會有權酎情決定該跑手的成績。支援隊可在大會支援站範圍內為參加者提供資源。
Participants must complete the race by themselves. Pacing is not allowed, except in team events where this rule does not apply (if applicable). In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision regarding a runner’s result. Support teams may provide assistance to runners only within the designated official checkpoints.
22. 隊制賽 (如適用): 隊制參加者要在關站前一起過檢查站,隊制時間以最後一名進入檢查站的隊員之時間為準。若有隊員棄賽,其餘的隊員仍可繼續比賽,各完賽隊員仍可獲得完賽時間及証書,但其團隊成績則不會被計入團隊賽的排名,亦不會計入個人賽的得獎排名內。大會有權酎情決定是否該完賽隊員的ITRA/UTMB積分和成績事宜。隊制隊員之間可以互相支援,包括但不限於使用登山杖或拖繩,大會有權決定該支援方式是否合規。
For teams (if applicable): all teams must register together at a checkpoint at or before its closing time in order to proceed. The team’s official time will be recorded based on the time of the last team member entering the checkpoint. If a team member withdraws, the remaining members may continue the race. Each finisher will still receive an individual finishing time and certificate; however, the team result will not be counted in the team rankings, nor will it be eligible for individual award rankings. The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the allocation of ITRA/UTMB points and official results for finishers. Team members may support one another during the race, including but not limited to the use of trekking poles or tow ropes. The Organiser reserves the right to determine whether such support methods comply with race regulations.
23. 大會保留隨時修改及解釋所有比賽規則之最後權利。
The Organiser reserves the final right to modify and interpret all race rules at any time.
